Plan for every generation

Review bed types before choosing a home: bunks and shared beds may suit some relatives but not others. Ask the host about stairs, bathroom access and mobility needs rather than assuming a home is accessible.

  • Give early sleepers and children a quiet-time plan.
  • Check dietary needs and divide grocery and meal responsibilities.
  • Plan supervision around pools, hot tubs and outdoor games.
  • Leave room for smaller outings and rest instead of scheduling every hour.
  • Hold any larger reunion celebration at an appropriate separate venue.

Choose your family's setting

Scottsdale offers two homes with private pools and games. In Montana, The Tamarack and The Evergreen offer hot tubs, saunas and game rooms in Lakeside and Somers. Neither Montana home includes private lake access; use public access points and check seasonal conditions before planning outings.

Questions before you book

How many family members can stay?
The Tamarack and The Evergreen each sleep up to 10, The Sunkiss up to 16 and The Scottsdale Social up to 18. Review each home's bedroom layout before assigning beds.
Are the homes suitable for guests with mobility needs?
Confirm stairs, entry access, bathroom arrangements and any equipment needs directly with the host before booking. No accessibility guarantee is made here.
Can we hold an event at the house?
These are residential homes for overnight stays, not event venues. See each home's house rules before booking and arrange celebrations or larger meetings at a separate venue.
