Start with the people who are staying overnight, not just the bedroom count. A home's maximum guest limit is not a promise of a separate bed or bedroom for each person.

  • Count every overnight guest and stay within the individual home's limit.
  • Assign bedrooms and bunks using each home's published sleeping layout.
  • Agree on shared meals, quiet time and plans outside the house.
  • Check accessibility, parking and any specific equipment needs with the host.
  • Review visitor rules, cancellation terms and the full booking conditions on the official calendar.
  • If using two homes, make two separate reservations; each home's rules and calendar apply.

Questions before you book

Which rental can sleep 18 guests?
The Scottsdale Social in Scottsdale sleeps up to 18. The Sunkiss sleeps up to 16. The Tamarack in Lakeside and The Evergreen in Somers each sleep up to 10.
Can a group of more than 10 stay in one Montana home?
No. The Tamarack and The Evergreen each have a maximum of 10 overnight guests. For a larger group, consider separate reservations and confirm each home's guest count and house rules.
Can we hold an event at the house?
These are residential homes for overnight stays, not event venues. See each home's house rules before booking and arrange celebrations or larger meetings at a separate venue.
