Why a house beats a room for a long stay
A month somewhere is a different problem from a weekend. You need a kitchen you would genuinely cook in, laundry, parking, and space for the people who come and go over the course of the stay.
Both Scottsdale homes are set up for that: five bedrooms each, private outdoor space, and enough gathering room that visiting family does not need a hotel.
Timing and booking
The cool season is the busiest of the year here, and long stays are usually reserved months out. Extended-stay terms and minimum stays are set on each home's official booking page.
If you are coming from Canada or overseas, confirm your entry requirements and the length of stay you are permitted with the official government source for your situation, well before you book non-refundable travel.
Living here rather than visiting
