November brings golf and football into the same trip-planning calendar. The PGA TOUR Champions season finishes at Phoenix Country Club in the middle of the month, and the same weekend carries a Cardinals home game — so a mixed group can genuinely split its days without anyone driving out of the metro.
Weather is the other reason November works. Daytime temperatures suit walking a course, a long round of pickleball or an afternoon outside by a pool, and evenings are cool enough that a fire pit and a backyard actually get used rather than admired. That changes what you should look for in a house: shared outdoor space earns its keep this month.

The play-focused choice. Five bedrooms — four kings plus a bunk room — with three bathrooms, a private pool and hot tub, a putting green, a fire pit lounge and an onsite sport court set up for pickleball and basketball. Best when the group wants to play at the house between a game day and a tee time.
The gathering-focused choice and the larger of the two. Five bedrooms and nine beds, three bathrooms with two ensuite, a private pool, hot tub and putting green, lawn games and more than fifteen games indoors, plus driveway parking for four cars. Pickleball for guests here is offsite, not in the backyard.
